Delivery and Return Policy

Delivery

• Immediate Access: Upon purchasing a membership to the Jewelry Sales Academy, you will immediately receive one active license accessible via the login page at www.jewelrysalesacademy.com.

• Private Label and Customization: For packages requiring private labeling, additional users, or customization, delivery will occur within 3-10 business days. This timeframe may extend if scheduling a call, meeting, or providing instructions is delayed beyond the first 3 days of purchase.

• Academy View System: The Academy View System includes the Jewelry Sales Academy LMS and the Academy View Analytics system via Buyer's Intelligence Group. Access to the LMS follows the standard delivery timeframe. Access to the Academy View System may take longer, depending on your POS system requirements and necessary customizations for proper functionality.

Return Policy

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return it for a full refund within the first 30 days from the initial sign-up.

• Returns: To initiate a return, please email us at info@jewelrysalesacademy.com within thirty (30) days of the purchase date, including a description and reason for the return.

• Refund Process: After receiving your return request, we will process it within fourteen (14) days. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email once your refund is completed.

• Subscription Terms: After the initial 30-day period, your subscription continues month-to-month with no contract. You can cancel the service at any time; however, no refunds will be granted after the first 30 days of usage.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

• Any monthly subscription outside of the first 30 days of initial platform use.
